FAQ

We only ship puppies that are at least 8 weeks old and have received the necessary vaccinations and health clearances. This ensures the puppy is strong and ready for travel.

Most deliveries are completed within 6–8 hours on the same day, or the following morning if your puppy is placed on an early flight.

Yes. We work only with airlines that have Pet Safety Programs and climate-controlled cabins. Puppies are flown in specialized pet compartments to ensure comfort and safety.

We take every precaution to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Puppies are shipped in airline-approved crates with absorbent bedding, food, and water. We also provide regular updates so you stay connected during the trip.

If there are delays or cancellations, we’ll keep you updated immediately. Any additional kennel fees due to airline issues will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend scheduling a vet appointment within the first 7 days of arrival to confirm your puppy’s health. This step is required for our Health Guarantee to remain valid.

Your puppy will arrive with a health certificate, vaccination record, and registration papers (if applicable). These documents verify the puppy’s health and pedigree.

We can arrange for your puppy to be delivered directly to your nearest airport. In some cases, home delivery can also be organized depending on your location.

If circumstances change and you are unable to care for your puppy, please contact us. While we do not issue refunds for shipped puppies, we will assist with rehoming options to ensure the puppy finds a safe and loving family.

Shipping costs are usually not included in the listed puppy price. Fees depend on your location, airline charges, and delivery method. All costs will be discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
