Lifetime Support
At Home of Samoyeds, we believe our responsibility doesn’t end the moment you take your new puppy home it’s just the beginning. As passionate Samoyed breeders, experienced trainers, and lifelong dog lovers, we are dedicated to walking this journey with you.
While we take every measure to raise healthy, happy puppies, we acknowledge that some things such as genetics, lifestyle, diet, and environment are beyond anyone’s control. Should any concern arise, we are committed to offering guidance, resources, and support. Even in cases not covered by our guarantee, we strive to stand by you and your Samoyed.
Our promise is simple: while we cannot guarantee your puppy will never face health issues, we can guarantee that we will do everything possible to ensure your Samoyed thrives as a beloved member of your family.
What We Need From You
1
Provide us with a copy of your puppy’s first veterinary examination within two business days of arrival.
2
Ensure your puppy does not receive additional vaccinations within the first 10 days after arrival, as they will already be up-to-date with age-appropriate shots.
3
Maintain routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, parasite control, and wellness exams as recommended by your vet.
4
Continue deworming and health checkups regularly beyond 9 weeks of age (or as advised by your veterinarian).
Our Health Guarantee
We don’t see our puppies as “replaceable,” but we recognize that sometimes loss can be eased by the companionship of another furry friend.
If your puppy passes away within two years of birth due to a genetic condition, or is diagnosed with a severe congenital disorder within two years that critically affects their quality of life, we will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost.
If your puppy passes away due to a genetic condition within ten years of birth, we will offer a 70% credit of the original purchase price toward the adoption of another puppy of comparable value.
All claims must be supported with documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming the cause of death or diagnosis.
Exclusions to the Guarantee
While our health guarantee is comprehensive, it does not cover:
Puppy temperament, personality, size, weight, coat color, markings, or future breeding ability.
Conditions such as hip dysplasia if the puppy is found to be overweight.
Any health concerns resulting from lack of proper care, missed vaccinations, or delayed veterinary attention.
Costs related to elective procedures, including spaying or neutering (e.g., retained testicles).
