At Home of Samoyeds, we are committed to making your puppy adoption and delivery process smooth, safe, and stress-free. With years of experience in the puppy transport industry, our team ensures that every Samoyed puppy is delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism. We work exclusively with major airlines that provide climate-controlled cabins and pet safety programs, guaranteeing your puppy’s comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

How We Transport Our Puppies

  • Before shipping, our licensed veterinarian conducts a comprehensive health examination on every puppy. This includes a stool test to ensure the puppy is free from worms or parasites.

  • We only ship puppies through airlines that implement a Pet Safety Program, giving you peace of mind during travel.

  • Once your reservation deposit is received, we schedule your puppy’s flight and provide you with a complete travel itinerary, including flight times, airline details, waybill number (AWB), and pickup instructions.

  • On the day of travel, your puppy is carefully prepared and transported from our facility to the airport. Once all paperwork is finalized and your puppy is checked in, you’ll receive a confirmation email and call with full flight details.

  • During transit, we keep you updated step-by-step until your puppy arrives safely at your nearest airport or directly to your home (depending on the delivery arrangement).

Delivery Timeline

  • Puppies that are at least 8 weeks old with the required medical records are eligible for shipping.

  • Most deliveries occur within 6–8 hours the same day or the following morning if placed on an early flight.

  • Please allow at least 2 hours for airline booking, as this ensures the best flight routes and fares.

Summer Deliveries

Due to airline heat restrictions during the summer, special arrangements are required:

  • A member of our staff personally travels with your puppy on the plane in a soft travel carrier that fits under the seat.

  • This ensures your puppy’s safety and comfort, bypassing the summer pet travel ban.

What to Expect Upon Arrival

  • Your Samoyed puppy will arrive in a brand-new, airline-approved pet crate equipped with absorbent bedding, a food dish, and a water dish.

  • Puppies are flown in the pet-friendly cargo section of the aircraft a temperature-controlled, safe environment.

  • Please note: Any kenneling fees resulting from airline delays or cancellations will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Health Guarantee

  • We require that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days of arrival for a routine health check.

  • If a health issue is discovered during this initial vet check that is covered under our guarantee, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Refund & Health Policy.

  • Refunds will not apply if the initial health check is not completed within this timeframe.
